Luther Towers offers affordable apartment living for persons 62 years and older. Rent is subsidized and includes all utilities except phone and cable with the exception of a few apartments with no rent subsidy. There is no application fee. The Community is SMOKE FREE.
Applicants have the option of a studio apartment or a one-bedroom apartment – some of which are ADA accessible units. Applications are now being accepted and can be downloaded using the link below.
